A Few of Aiden's Favorite Things
We always talk about what a great kid Aiden was, he really was so awesome. If I had to pick a few main ways to describe him they would be that he was just so fun and always just wanted to have a good time, he was so funny and was always teasing and making everyone laugh, he was so easygoing, he was authentic and just was who he was, and we always laughed that he was an "old soul." He loved antique shops and rock shops, and loved having all the unique, cool things he found sitting across his dresser and around his room. We always said that Aiden found value in everything, especially things that were maybe tossed aside by others or not initially noticed at first glance. He loved old coins and collectibles. He loved his friends, family, cousins, grandparents...and he really loved dogs❤️ For part of his senior project he had to do a certain amount of community service hours and he chose to volunteer at the local humane society❤️ He loved his car, a 1997 black Buick Riviera that trav went with him to buy down in southern Utah. He loved playing call of duty, zombies, and fortnight on the x-box. He loved fireworks and lighting everything on fire, he melted or burned so many things in and around our house, he was such a little pyro😆There's a melted spot on the bathroom counter and holes burned all over in his sheets, as well as blue firework splatters all over the side of the house that will forever remind us of his love for all things fire😉😆 These are the kinds of antics that drove me so crazy at the time, but were just so Aiden and I miss so much now 🥲❤️😢💔
Pics: The day he got his new car, family, friends, fireworks, playing the Xbox, one of his favorite songs Rocky Raccoon by the Beatles, his favorite animal - dogs, an actual lighter of his that I keep in my make up box because it was his and i think it's so funny, and he loved barbeque sunflower seeds and Arizona fruit punch. We love and miss him so much❤️
