Olympic National Park (Oregon Coast Roadtrip 2017)
Olympic National Park, we really loved this one! Part of it was called the Hoh rainforest where we hiked the hall of mosses trail and it was just really cool and rainforesty, and another part you could drive a mountain ridge called hurricane ridge where we found really aggressive blue Jay's... Lol😉 we had a picnic at hurricane ridge and I watched this blue Jay fly over and try to take our sandwich off the picnic table so I shooed him away and walked over and grabbed the sandwich and shook it at him and said, knock it off bad bird and he flew at me, latched onto my arm, and tried to rip the sandwich out of my hand... It was terrifying! And definitely one of the crazier Wildlife interactions we've ever had! 😆 We hiked to a waterfall called Marymere Falls which was really cool, we got to walk across some cool bridges and the Falls were really pretty. This park kind of had it all, and it was massive! Areas near the ocean, areas in a rainforest, and areas clear up in the mountains... you guys had a lot of fun and didn't even complain about any of those hikes!😉
