Cape Flattery 2017

This was one of our favorite hikes ever. It's called Cape Flattery in Washington state and is the most northwestern point in the lower 48. It's still one of my favorite places we've ever been! It's been a few years since we went, it was part of our summer trip to the oregon coasat in 2017, but you used to have to get a permit at a gas station nearby because it's on a reservation. So worth it though! It started out looking like a rainforest and then ends at the ocean. It was so pretty! We saw a banana slug that you guys thought was so cool! It started to drizzle a little bit but there were so many trees that we didn't really even get that wet! Aiden grew to be a little less pliable when it came to hiking in his older years, but this one was one that he even loved 😉❤️
